Leisure Quest had an exclusive interview with Movie Producer/Multi Award winning Actress: Ambassador Queen Blessing Ebigieson a.k.a the Black Queen, on the challenges, prospects and future growth of the Nigerian Movie Industry. She also touched on the issue of how new and old actors can improve their performance ratings and score good roles. The video interview is part of leisure quest’s mandate on encouraging local and foreign artistes to bring their best into whatever they do, whether it is acting, singing or even modelling. Queen Blessing Ebigieson was very emphatic on certain touchy issues that have raised concerns within the movie industry. The seasoned producer said it is not by educational qualification that would make a person a good actress or actor. While she encouraged new actors to see the time, energy and money it may cost them to travel to partake in many auditions, as sowing of seed into their future career, they must never get desperate to the point of paying movie producers to give them roles as desperation can never lead them to success.
